MOVEMENT IMPROVISATION @ FRIDAYS 19:30 - 21:00

The class introduces physical explorations and movement research through creative tasks based on multiple techniques deriving from somatic practices, movement analysis and physical theatre. A series of exciting physical games that promote the use breath, freedom of physical expression, imagination, total body connectivity and strengthening. A class that promotes creativity and physicality through playfulness

CONTEMPORARY DANCE @ TUESDAYS 19:30 - 21:00

The class is based on Release and Floorwork technique along with elements of somatic practises. It consists of a physical warm up section where attention is brought to dynamic alignment, the use of breath and the potential of space followed by short, captivating phrases that gradually connect to longer choreographed combinations. A class that promotes expression and creativity through the spectrum of contemporary dance.
